Complaint Description
Dear Indian Railways, My name is Surendra, and my PNR number is 4142470687. I am currently traveling from Hyderabad (Secunderabad) to Varanasi by Train No. 12791 in Sleeper Class. I am facing serious problems during the journey because many passengers holding general/unreserved tickets are entering and occupying the Sleeper Class coaches. Due to this overcrowding, confirmed-ticket passengers are unable to sit or sleep properly, and even using the washroom has become very difficult. I am traveling with my family, and the situation is causing significant inconvenience and concern regarding our safety and privacy. We have paid for reserved accommodation, so I request the railway authorities to please take immediate action and ensure that passengers without valid reserved tickets are not allowed to occupy the Sleeper Class coaches. I sincerely request the concerned railway staff and Ticket Checking staff to inspect the coach and take appropriate action as soon as possible. It is also important to maintain proper discipline and cleanliness in the railway system, especially when passengers from different countries travel on Indian Railways. Such situations can negatively affect the reputation of our country. Please treat this complaint as urgent and help us have a safe and comfortable journey.
