Train 12822 was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting Sealdah-NJP train.

Complaint Description

I would like to register a complaint regarding the excessive delay of Train No. 12822. The train was delayed by approximately 3 hours, which caused me to miss my connecting train from Sealdah to New Jalpaiguri (NJP). Because of this delay, I have faced significant inconvenience, disruption to my travel plans, and additional expenses. I request Indian Railways to kindly look into the reason for this excessive delay and take appropriate action. I would also request consideration of the inconvenience and financial loss caused to passengers due to such delays.
