Train late by 7 hours...Need some punctuality or response for this kind of services
Complaint Description
The train arrived by 4 hours late at Visakhapatnam and now it is running 7 hours late and will be reaching Thrissur by 8:30PM . What kind of train are you people running? How it comes under superfast category. I am going to complain at consumer forum for charging high rates and running train lesser than passenger train speeds. Pathetic
