The train 16348 is always delayed.
Complaint Description
Today the train which was supposed to reach Aluva at 10:40 is scheduled to reach at 12:15. Do you find others time to be useless. This is not something that happens once or twice. It happens every day. The train reaches only by 11:30 on a daily basis. But today all the limits were crossed. Many of us have other duties to fulfill once we reach out respective stations. The train itself becomes late to reach destination by 1 hour. This is the time which is taken from us for preparing for next day. Do something to fix this issue of delay.
