Train mismanagement

Complaint Description

The train reached station at 3 pm. Gates were closed till 3.25 for cleaning. Train started within 10 mins. Crowded, no space to turn around and run to get down. Gates closed. When the guard was requested, while the train was still moving at the platform, he refused and started getting angry. My children were on the train helping me with my luggage. The gaurd said, train will stop only at Ambala. They have never travelled alone.. this is creating unnecessary stress to the passengers for no fault of ours. Rules are rules... we understand. But then the train shld have reached and opened for boarding on time too. This is extreme inconvenience to tax paying people expecting logic from government services.
