Complaint Description
Dear Sir, Please do not close my complaint (2026092806142) only based on the above response. My complaint is regarding the misbehaviour and improper communication by the concerned staff. I therefore request you to kindly take necessary action against M/s OBSH, the service provider, and investigate the matter properly. I once again request you to take appropriate disciplinary action and, if found guilty after due inquiry, consider imposing a penalty or taking action against the service provider’s licence cancelled as per the applicable rules.
