Complaint Description
I am travelling in a reserved coach of the Guwahati Express. A large number of passengers who do not appear to have valid reserved tickets are travelling in the coach. Several people are sitting and sleeping on the floor and occupying the passageways and other reserved areas, causing severe overcrowding and inconvenience to passengers who have valid reservations. I have also observed multiple passengers travelling together on what appears to be a single ticket. The TTE and other railway staff have passed through the coach and observed the situation, but no effective action has been taken to verify the passengers' tickets or ask unauthorized passengers to vacate the reserved coach and move to the appropriate unreserved/general coach. This is seriously affecting the comfort, safety and access of passengers who have paid for reserved accommodation. I request that the railway authorities immediately verify the tickets of all passengers in the reserved coach, take appropriate action against unauthorized travel, and ensure that the reserved coach is cleared of passengers without valid authorization.
