Complaint ID: 2026100500025 PNR Number: 4765802393 Complainant Name: Kapil Suryakant Jondhale Location: Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Railway Station Incident Details While at the railway station, a bathroom cleaning staff member named 'Rajnis' was heavily intoxicated after consuming alcohol in large quantities. The employee unnecessarily started an argument with the passenger, used abusive language, and issued a direct, serious threat to kill him and throw him under the train. This behavior caused extreme fear, mental trauma, and posed a grave threat to the passenger's life and safety. Action Demanded Immediate legal action and registration of an FIR against the accused employee, Rajnis. Immediate cancellation of the contract for such irresponsible staff and the concerned contractor.
