Not geted refund and also my ticket not get confirmed

Complaint Description

I booked four passenger tickets through the ConfirmTkt app for travel on 5 October 2026 under a single PNR. Three passengers were confirmed, while one passenger remained waitlisted even after chart preparation and did not travel. I have not received the refund for the waitlisted passenger, and I was informed that a TDR was required. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this requirement and did not file it within the prescribed time.I request you to kindly review my case and advise whether my refund claim can still be considered. I can provide the PNR, transaction ID, booking details, and payment proof as required I also sended mail
