Subject: Complaint Regarding 10-Hour Delay of Train No. 18237 Train No.: 18237 PNR No.: 6210912829 Date of Journey: 10 October 2026 Current Location: Narmadapuram Delay: Approximately 10 Hours It is extremely disappointing that Train No. 18237 is running approximately 10 hours late and has reached Narmadapuram. India is one of the world's fastest-growing major economies, yet passengers continue to face such massive delays in railway services. This raises serious concerns about railway punctuality, passenger convenience and the overall efficiency of railway management. Passengers pay for their tickets and deserve timely, reliable and accountable services. A delay of 10 hours is not a minor inconvenience; it disrupts work schedules, family commitments and other important plans. It also causes significant mental stress and physical discomfort, particularly for senior citizens, children and passengers travelling for urgent reasons. When India is progressing rapidly in technology, infrastructure and economic development, why are passengers still forced to suffer such excessive delays?
