Security issue monile Theft and Seats issue
Complaint Description
I booked Tatkal tickets for my elderly parents in train number 13006, 3rd AC. What did they get? Upper berths right next to the gate. My parents can barely climb, yet somehow they managed to suffer through it. Then this morning at 6:00 AM at Moradabad station, some thief walked right in, stole my mother’s mobile phone from her seat in broad daylight, and vanished. Important data is gone. Our entire journey is ruined. And where the hell was the security? There are no cameras, no staff, nothing. Anyone can just walk in, steal, and disappear. This is third AC, not some free-for-all local train! Date of theft: 15/10/2026. This is pure negligence and complete failure of railway security. Absolute shame!
