Urgent Complaint Regarding 2 Hours 30 Minutes Delay of Train No. 04001 – Patient Travelling on Board
Complaint Description
Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to bring to your urgent attention the excessive delay of Train No. 04001, on which we are travelling from Dadar Railway Station to Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station. We commenced our journey from Dadar Railway Station at 12:15 AM on 15.10.2026, and the scheduled arrival time at Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station was 9:35 PM. However, as of 4:39 PM on 15.10.2026, the train had already been delayed by approximately 2 hours and 29 minutes and had been standing at Kapren Railway Station for nearly 50 minutes without any clear information regarding its departure or expected arrival time. This prolonged delay is causing considerable inconvenience and hardship to passengers. A patient is travelling with us, and the continued delay is causing serious concern regarding the patient's comfort and well-being. We therefore request the concerned railway authorities to kindly look into this matter urgently, arrange for the train to proceed without any further unnecessary delay, and ensure that it reaches Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station as early as possible. We also request that passengers be informed of the reason for the delay and the revised expected arrival time.
