Complaint Description
*Subject: Inordinate Delay of Train No. 12362* Train No. 12362 (CSMT to Asansol) was running on time before Patna Junction. However, before entering Patna, it was halted for approx. 45 minutes without any intimation, and thereafter continuously delayed. Till 1842 hrs on 15.10.2026, the train was delayed by 01 hour 05 minutes before entering Patna. Such detention causes severe inconvenience to passengers. It is requested to look into the matter and ensure punctual running of trains and proper information to passengers.
