Complaint Description
Subject: Poor Cleanliness at Train Originating Station I wish to register a complaint regarding the extremely poor cleanliness of the train at its originating station. Garbage and mess are scattered throughout the coach even before the journey has properly begun. This reflects negligence in the cleaning and maintenance of the train. Passengers should not have to travel in unhygienic conditions from the very beginning of their journey. Kindly arrange for immediate cleaning of the coach and take appropriate action to ensure proper cleanliness before departure. Please treat this complaint as urgent.
