Train no 22862 is delayed about 4-45 hrs to 5 hrs. It's lack of railway mismanagement. Pls give compensation either give our time back or refund ticket fare.

This train 22862 Howarh Ispat Express is running very late approximate 4.40 hrs. According to normal running status it should be reached destination at 6:30pm. If it will running late apox 4-5 hrs or more than than how can a common man go to home if it's late and safety matters most. Pls clear the line of this train bcz 99% it's running late so it's a reasonable issue and it's an accountability of indian railway for his passenger. Either u solve the issue that each passenger have facing the issue or reback their money...govt should be accountability for the dealy of the train..they should clear the line or they should fix the time of train in such a way that line should be clear most of the time or u should pay the compensation for the delaying. Pls refund the money. Refund my money.
