Complaint Description
Dear Railway Authorities, On behalf of all passengers, we request the Railway Board and all concerned railway departments along the train's entire route to take immediate notice of this matter. The train has already been delayed by 6 hours and 30 minutes, causing severe inconvenience to all passengers. All concerned divisions, control rooms, and operating departments along the route must be alerted immediately and instructed to coordinate effectively. Please ensure clear routes, proper signal coordination, and priority wherever operationally possible to recover the maximum possible delay. The train must not face any further avoidable delays due to negligence or poor coordination. All concerned authorities are requested to monitor its movement continuously and take every possible operational measure to minimize the delay. This complaint is on behalf of all passengers. We urge the Railway Board to treat this as an urgent matter and alert all concerned railway divisions along the route to ensure coordinated action until the train reaches its destination.
