TICKET CANCELLATION REFUND
Complaint Description
n service, Station Master/Senior Commercial Officer Indian Railways Subject: Regarding getting refund of canceled counter tickets. Sir/Madam, I had booked a counter ticket of Jelam Express, Train No. 11077 for traveling from Pune Junction to Bhusaval Junction. The date of travel was 22 October 2026 and the ticket fare was ₹410. I had successfully canceled the ticket through Counter Ticket Services website of IRCTC before the journey. After this I went to the railway counter to submit the original ticket on 23 October 2026, but I was not given the refund. Therefore, you are requested to check the cancellation status of my ticket and eligibility for refund and refund the due amount as per the rules. If it is not possible to give refund over the counter due to stipulated time limit, please inform me about TDR or other available refund process as per applicable rules.
