Due to 1st train late ,I missed my 2nd train
Complaint Description
Due to a delay of approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes in my first train, I missed my connecting train to Ahmedabad. **First Train Details:** * Train Name: Khurda Road Special Fare Puja Special * Train No.: 08408 * From: Hijli * To: Khurda Road JN * PNR: 2746112320 **Second Train Details:** * Train Name: Puri GIMB SF * Train No.: 22974 * From: Khurda * To: Ahmedabad * PNR: 6509048097 After reaching Puri to board my connecting train to Ahmedabad at 5:30 PM, I approached the Station Superintendent and the station TTE for assistance, but neither provided a proper solution. The Station Superintendent only advised me to occupy any available seat in the general class, without providing any written authorization. I also contacted railway helpline 139 and was advised to raise a complaint. I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter and provide appropriate assistance.
