Issue related to delay and timings
Complaint Description
As this intercity express runs daily, a few months before it would reach by Viramgam at 8.45am and has to wait until the vande bharat passes which is understood, but now the route of vande bharat has changed and it used be on time reach Viramgam at 8.45am and has to wait till 9.05am due to it's timing. And since last few days it has been delayed from it's departing time directly from Jamnagar so it matches it's time at Viramgam but we as passengers of this train are such passengers who travel daily for our offices in this train and face trouble due to such conflicts. If now the route of vande bharat express is been changed please also change the departure time of viramgam from 9.05am to 8.50 or 8.45 and get it started on time from Jamnagar as well. This will help us reach to our destination on time and also at our offices or workplace on time, this daily delays are disturbing our work schedules. I request you to please understand the situation and do the needful.
