Complaint Regarding Poor Berth Quality and Excessive Noise
Complaint Description
I am travelling from Rewa to New Delhi on Train No. 12427, Coach A2, Upper Berth No. 9 (PNR: 8753484911). I have paid approximately ₹1,700 for a single ticket, yet the quality of the berth is pathetic. There is a continuous, disturbing noise, making the journey extremely uncomfortable. If passengers are paying such a high fare, they deserve basic comfort and quality service. Paying ₹1,700 for a ticket and still having to endure such an uncomfortable journey is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The experience feels no better than travelling in an old, noisy train, despite paying for AC 2-tier accommodation. I request the railway authorities to take this complaint seriously, inspect the berth, and ensure that passengers receive the comfort and service they are paying for.
