"URGENT: Family in distress due to medical reasons. Train No: 11463 (Somnath - Jabalpur Express) PNR: 8928514808 We had confirmed seats from Veraval to Bhopal. Due to a sudden illness, we could not board at Veraval and caught the train from Rajkot instead. We are currently on the train, but our seats have been cancelled/marked as 'No Show'. We are traveling with a sick passenger and heading to Bhopal. Requesting to help us restore our seats or provide alternative berths on humanitarian grounds. Please assist immediately!
