Very old passenger berth provided upper berth
Complaint Description
I Professor Kamlesh Kumar Singh had booked the rail ticket on 26th March 2026 from IRCTC site with my registered ID in train 12877 / NDLS GARIB RATH for the journey on 22nd May 2026 from Ranchi to New Delhi with my old mother of 85 years and mother-in-law of 82 years old with a request to have lower berths for them. The PNR for that ticket is 6101256293 On booking date the available number of berths is more than 400 but still these old ladies who can board the train by big efforts have been allotted upper berths. How is the sensitive railway for old citizens? Please modify their berths to have lower berths. For urgent purpose they have to be in Delhi on 25th May 2026. Please do the needful at the earliest.
