Poor Coach condition and upkeep
Complaint Description
Condition of coach and facilities in first AC are absolutely rubbish and poor. Not worth spending so much money for 1st class AC. The compartment is stinking of toilet odour and the toilets are in bad condition. The attendants even don’t know where the dustbins are and asking to throw trash on the tracks. Just not expected. The seats are not cleaned on arrival of new passenger.
