Unresvered passengers in coach, it is so worst than general coach, people are smoking near bathroom, no place to move. No action taken my management. Worst.
Complaint Description
First tte who checked our ticket was RCS Rao. We are three ladies in S2 coach with the reservation seat number 35 36 37 but train is so full with unreveresed passengers that we don't even have a place to move, can't even move a bit or go to pee as it is so crowded. Such a worst situation that not even a general coach will look like this it feels so suffocating and it make no sense to reserve the seat in 2 months before when we are treated like unresvered passesngers. Few unresvered are acceptable but complete coach or train is filled with unresvered passesngers. People are smoking near restrooms and using abusive language, zero cleanliness. Worst railway service and security. Makes no difference for reservation.
