Train is late by almost 6 hrs this is very much unacceptable.. there is no rain or any like season now in this month of May. Please avoid this issues for future

Complaint Description

The train is running late for atleast 5 hours. Now the time is 9:27 pm still we have not reached ltt. The actual time was 4:45pm to be reached. There is no rain or any other natural issues please avoid such delays further.. because so much valuable time of mine is wasted here. Because of this situation. This is really unacceptable. Please take necessary action on this
