PNR: 6403557912Absolute harassment in the name of special trains! Train 03230 (PNBE-KUR) is delayed by 9 HOURS, causing unbearable trouble to my wife travelling with 2 kids (3 & 11 yrs) & elderly family members.They will miss their connecting Train 20849 from BBS departing at 12:10 hrs. PMO India urges public transport use, but this failure makes it impossible.
