I have booked 4 Tatkal tickets in that only 1 ticket got confirmed and remaining 3 as waiting list which means partially confirmed tickets.So I waited till 3pm

I have booked 4 Tatkal tickets in that only 1 ticket got confirmed and remaining 3 as waiting list which means partially confirmed tickets.So I waited till 3pm since my train departure time is 4.50pm.I have not received any message from irctc.So called enquiry 139 regarding my PNR status and got to know that only 1 ticket is confirmed So there is time to cancel the tickets so that I can get refund.So I followed what they had told me but tickets are not getting cancelled which I have taken the screenshot.Again I called so many times to 139 and 14646 which are IRCTC customer care numbers but they didn't helped me to cancel the tickets and among them one suggested to raise TDR and that also I did but no use and called to 14646 number and came to know that if rasing TDR means confirmed ticket will also will get cancelled and I tried that also but not able to raise TDR also.Last I got one slip from TC of that coach that I can claim refund for that unconfirmed tickets but that TC has not told the time limit for claiming.So after 3 days I tried to get information from irctc how to claim the refund using that slip given by TC.So I want to know how much money irctc is cheating from us.This is not first time I am facing this before also I didn't receive any refund.My PNR is 4943575857 and booked e query also but no use.I want my refund.
