Complaint Details: I booked this train expecting timely service, but the train was delayed by more than 4 hours without proper management or clear communication from the railway authorities. This unnecessary delay caused serious inconvenience, mental stress, and loss of valuable time. Passengers were left waiting for hours with no satisfactory updates. Such poor handling of operations is unacceptable from the railway department. I strongly condemn this negligence and request strict action regarding this issue. I also demand a complete refund of my ticket amount as compensation for the inconvenience caused.
