I missed my train and would like to lodge a compliant against coach attended of B1 coach. Even the Guard saw us shouting and did not stop the train

Complaint Description

I missed my train and would like to lodge a compliant against coach attended of B1 coach. It was really a bad experience. We have booked Train NDLS DADN SF EXP (20156) from Mathura Junction to Indore Junction. Journey date 24/may/2026, our seat is 65 and 66 in coach B1. The train arrive and door was closed coach attendee was not available and seat close to door was sublet so we could not open the door. As a senior citizen we shouted for help but no one open door and while we try to enter from other door due to rush we could not. It was unfortunate that even the guard in the last coach saw that we are shouting and no one stop the train or pull chain. Can you please take strict action and compensate the loss.
