Complaint Description
am traveling from Raipur to Shahdol in Train 12823, Coach S6, Seat 29. I had a valid unreserved ticket of ₹130. I approached TTE Vikas Kumar to upgrade my travel to Sleeper class. He demanded ₹300. As I did not have cash, he forced me to make a payment of ₹500 via the Pantry staff's UPI/account. The TTE kept ₹300, gave me back ₹200 cash, and did not issue any official EFT receipt. This is a clear case of illegal money collection and corruption. Please investigate this immediately."
