I am travelling with PNR No. 8549646993 in Coach S6. I would like to bring to your attention that a large number of unreserved passengers have occupied the coach and are standing in the passageway, completely blocking movement inside the coach. This is causing significant inconvenience to reserved passengers, making it difficult to access seats, washrooms, and exits. The overcrowding is also creating safety concerns for passengers. I request you to kindly take immediate action and ensure that only authorized passengers travel in the reserved coach, so that reserved passengers can travel comfortably and safely.
