Complaint Description
Train time of 15640 kamkhya puri was 22.10 of 14th june . Delay by 3 hrs due to some work but its almost 6 hours 03.50 15th june. Still no sign of departure . I have my old mom and dad sitting in statikn and no clue. When train will arrive i need the exact rime of departure and the real time .its matter of life and accountibility.
