Complaint Description
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the extremely poor punctuality of Train No. 01043, in which I am currently travelling from Itarsi to Danapur. The train was originally scheduled to arrive at Itarsi Junction at 11:45 PM, but it arrived only around 4:00 AM, causing a delay of more than 4 hours. Even after departure from Itarsi, the train continues to run approximately 7 hours late. It is very frustrating for passengers to face such excessive delays without any proper information or accountability. It appears that priority is being given only to premium and express trains, while already delayed trains are repeatedly made to wait, further increasing the delay. Passengers travelling in this train are suffering significant inconvenience, loss of time, and disruption of their plans. I request the concerned authorities to investigate the reason for this severe delay and take necessary steps to improve train operations and ensure fair priority for delayed trains as well.
