I reported unauthorized seat occupancy and entry in reserve coaches, but no TTE/RPF assistance was provided. Kindly investigate and consider compensation

Complaint Description

I and my family members started travel from mysuru to Jolarpet at some particular station general passangers entered into our sleeper compartment and tried to wake us from the seat. They saying this is general compartment wake and get down. I have reached railmad to register complaint and register a complaint but no response from the TTR or RPF. And I they railmad complaint reference id 2026062409233 and 2026062409280 need a compensation or refund
