Subject: Complaint Regarding 3-Hour Delay of Train No. 16378 Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the excessive delay of Train No. 16378, which was scheduled to arrive at Bengaluru Cantonment Railway Station. The train was running approximately 3 hours late, causing great inconvenience to me and many other passengers. This unexpected delay disrupted my travel plans and resulted in unnecessary stress and hardship. In my 40 years of travelling by train, I have rarely experienced such a disappointing situation. There was also inadequate information provided to passengers regarding the reason for the delay and the expected arrival time. I request the railway authorities to investigate the cause of this delay and take appropriate measures to improve punctuality and passenger communication, so that such incidents do not occur in the future.
