I booked my ticket with PNR NO 8832007204 In Tatkal on 23july2026. I have doctor appointment at Mumbai. Unfortunatly heavy rain there in mumbai so all train running from rajkot to mumbai show cenceled in NTES in 24july26 morning same with train no 12268. so ihave to cancel my appointment and all further booking. I also received SMS FROM irctc regarding cecelation and sorry for inconvience at 12:06pm so i conseder my ticket is cenceled atometicaly. But at 2:53pm train restoration message come. so i made complain at the same time my apology of not continuing my journey for the same in helpline no139. they registered my complain and confirm my complain. my complain no 2026072405811. so i kindly request you to consider for refund. here i attach communication SMS.
