The washrooms on the train/station are extremely dirty and unhygienic, causing considerable inconvenience to passengers. The toilets require immediate cleaning and proper maintenance. I request the railway authorities to kindly arrange for the washrooms to be cleaned and sanitized as soon as possible and ensure regular cleaning throughout the journey. Proper hygiene should be maintained for the comfort and health of all passengers.
