Complaint Description
I have booked a 3AC sleeper berth by paying the full fare, like every other passenger. However, the berth allotted to me is extremely inconvenient. There is no charging point near my berth, proper AC air flow is not reaching the berth, and the berth is located right next to the washroom door. The lighting near the washroom is also directly disturbing me while trying to sleep. I understand that berth allocation is system-generated, but passengers paying the same 3AC fare should be provided with reasonable basic facilities and comfort. I request you to kindly check the issue and, if possible, arrange an alternative berth or provide a suitable solution.
