Complaint regarding protective film not removed from train coach
Complaint Description
Subject: Complaint regarding protective film not removed from train coach I am travelling in Train No. 19624, PNR No. 6607740074. I noticed that a protective film has been applied at several places throughout the coach. The film is now damaged, torn, and peeling off at many places due to passenger movement. On examining it more closely, I noticed that the protective film itself mentions that it should be removed within 45 days of installation. However, it appears that the film has not been removed even after the stipulated period, resulting in an untidy and improper appearance of the entire coach. I kindly request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and arrange for the removal of the old protective film and proper cleaning/finishing of the affected areas, so that the coach maintains a clean, uniform, and presentable appearance. Kindly take necessary action at the earliest.
