Complaint Description
I am aditya goswami traveling from 4am ujjain to bhubaneswar I had booked a ticket for 3e which got cancelled on arrival at WL 1 then I took a general ticket and boarded the sleeper then TT came who was Mr. Kiran Kumar at bhopal station he issued me a challan of Rs. 800 while the fare of SL fare from Ujjain to Bhubaneswar is Rs. 710 whereas I had a general ticket also for Rs. 435 and in challan has written that Rs. 300 is being taken for seat allotment it is 2 PM now in Nagpur division and I was not provided a seat so I want a refund my extra charge and explain regarding the charges
