Subject: Complaint Regarding Excessive Delay of Train No. 15608
Complaint Description
I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the excessive delay of Train No. 15608. Initially, the expected arrival time was shown as 12:05 AM, which was later changed to 2:38 AM, and it is now showing 5:13 AM. This continuous delay is causing serious inconvenience and anxiety. I have an important examination scheduled on 22 August in Kharagpur, and this delay may severely affect my ability to reach the examination centre on time. I request the concerned authorities to kindly take immediate action and ensure that the train reaches Kharagpur at the earliest possible time.
