I had a reservation from Vasai Road to Madgaon onboard 22414 on 20 Jun 25 vide PNR No 2136037982 and a connecting train no 12133 from Madgaon to Karwar vide PNR No 8133899185. As train No 22141 was running late by more than 3 hrs reaching Madgaon at 1125, I missed train no 12133 which left Madgaon on its scheduled time of 0910 hrs. As the delay/ negligence is attributed to Indian Railways, I requested for a refund which was denied stating that train 12133 was not late. Whereas my point is that I was not able to board train 12133 because train no 22141 was running 3 hrs late. Regards
