Dear IRCTC Customer Support, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent journey where I was not allotted a sleeping berth despite having a RAC (Reservation Against Cancellation) ticket and paying ₹2000. My journey details are as follows: * PNR Number: 4218607269 * Train Number and Name: 18464, Prashanthi express] * Date of Journey:5/06/25 * Coach and Berth :- A2 , 41 * Amount Paid: ₹1993 As you are aware, an RAC ticket typically entitles the passenger to a shared side lower berth, which should convert to a full sleeping berth if cancellations occur. However, despite the significant amount paid for the ticket, I was unable to secure a proper sleeping berth for the duration of my journey. This led to a very uncomfortable travel experience I was not able to sit properly also entire night I was not able to sleep and was sitting in a very awkward possible. Really very disappointed with the indian railways for the first time i don't understand after paying 2000 rps also we are getting proper seats to sit properly, and Indian railway should think how can a person can adjust for entire journey like for more than 20 +hrs I kindly request you to investigate this matter and provide clarification on why a sleeping berth was not provided even after paying ₹2000 for an RAC ticket. I look forward to a prompt response and a resolution to this issue. Sincerely, Sujit Phone :- 7327897162
