am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the compromised safety, privacy, and hygiene standards in the First AC coach (H1) of Train No. 12295. Security and Access Violation: The vestibule connecting doors between the First AC coach and adjacent general compartments are being kept open throughout the journey. This allows unrestricted entry of general compartment passengers into the First AC coach solely to access the washrooms. This not only defeats the purpose of premium fare but also raises grave security and privacy concerns for First AC passengers. Broken Door Locks (Cabin Seats 05 & 06): The lock of the door in cabin seats 05 & 06 is non-functional, completely compromising passenger privacy and safety. This is highly unacceptable in a First AC coach where privacy is a primary feature and expectation. These issues are not only a breach of basic standards expected in premium class travel, but also pose serious risks to passenger safety and well-being. I request Indian Railways and the concerned authorities to: Take immediate action to ensure restricted access to the First AC coach. Repair or replace the malfunctioning locks in cabin 05 & 06 without delay.
