We were in our 80's, Plan a travell by 22311 Goda LTT exp on 3.3.25 from Bhusawal to Thane, the train was late by 8.30 hrs, we reached on platform accordingly on time, but for this train NO ANY ANNOUNCEMENTS was there and Sine boards were display wrong platform number for Train. This causes to miss our train. Request you to take strict action on respective personals. ( The same written complaint was also lodged to Deputy Station Manager also)
