My sleeper coach is overcrowded with unreserved and general ticket passengers who are blocking the aisles and doorways. Although they’re not occupying seats, their presence is making it hard to move around, access the washroom, and generally causing discomfort for those of us with reserved tickets. Please address this issue promptly or consider refunding the fare for this inconvenience.
