On December 16, I handed over my bike at the originating station and paid all necessary charges for its transportation. A receipt was provided, and the bike was properly loaded into the luggage bogie. However, upon receiving my bike at Kanpur Central Station, I found it in a severely damaged condition. This damage is entirely unacceptable, as it occurred while the bike was under the care of the railway authorities. I request the railway administration to provide full compensation for the cost of repairing my bike. I have attached photographs of the damaged bike, the ticket, packaging charges, and courier charges as evidence.
