Complaint regarding Janmabhoomi Express delay resulting in missed connecting train
Complaint Description
I had a confirmed ticket on Janmabhoomi Express from Balgonda to Secunderabad. The train was scheduled to start from Nalgonda at 3:49 PM and was expected to reach Secunderabad at approximately 6:20 PM. I had another confirmed train from Secunderabad to Visakhapatnam scheduled at 8:30 PM. Due to the significant delay of Janmabhoomi Express, I could not reach Secunderabad on time and consequently missed my connecting train to Visakhapatnam. I had planned my journey with sufficient connecting time, but the delay of the Janmabhoomi Express caused me to miss my onward train and resulted in considerable inconvenience and additional expenses. As i faced issue in creating complaint for the past 10days, choosing the current date with no option, apologizes for that
