Very bad organization
Complaint Description
I had booked a ticket for this train, which was initially on the waiting list and has now been allotted RAC status (A2, 23). However, I noticed that the same train is showing current availability for new bookings, even though existing passengers who booked earlier have not received confirmed berths. I request Indian Railways to kindly clarify why current availability is being provided to new passengers while previously waitlisted passengers are still being allotted RAC status. Kindly review the allocation process and, if possible, allot a confirmed berth to passengers who have been waiting since the original booking. I have suffered whole night with no berth even paid full amount. Thank you for looking into this matter.
