Complaint Description

There are a large number of unauthorized passengers travelling in the reserved coach of Train No. 15311. Many passengers do not have a valid reservation for this coach. Some are travelling with only general/unreserved tickets, while some appear to be travelling without any valid ticket. The coach is severely overcrowded, and genuine reserved passengers are unable to properly use their allotted seats/berths. I request the Railway authorities to immediately send the TTE/RPF staff to this coach, check the tickets of the passengers and take appropriate action against unauthorized travellers. Train No.: 15311
